The Owben Promise

The Owben Promise

Feb 28, 2020

We ensure that all our projects are completed to a high standard with your budget and timescale in mind. However, we also promise so much more than that.

From building a team of qualified experts, to being on the cutting-edge of innovation and helping in our community, we ensure that we apply a high level of care and commitment to our work and to the local area.

The team

If you work with us, we guarantee you will be working with a team of experts with relevant experience and qualifications.

We invest in our people and have the knowledge and skills to be involved in all stages of a project; from design to completion. We always work with our clients to make sure the specification is right before any work commences. In addition, we carefully (and closely) project manage all tasks to keep jobs on time and within budget.

Quality

You can be assured that the work we carry out is of a high standard.

We are accredited with the quality standards EN 1090, ISO 9001 and CHAS, which ensure we conform to the correct regulations. You can be sure that we will complete the work well and safely.

“We trust Owben. They are reliable and the team is skilled. Work is always completed to a very high standard.”

Community

We have a people-first approach at Owben which extends out into the community. For instance, we sponsor a local girls’ football team, we’ve provided steel to help a local boxing club and we also supported the local food bank during the Christmas period.

Although these acts may seem small, they mean a lot to our team and local community.

Innovation

We are committed to staying at the cutting edge of the latest technology and innovation when it comes to electrical and mechanical engineering.

We do this by ensuring that we think progressively, that our team has the right skills and that we embrace new technologies.

For example, we recently designed and installed a bespoke system, which detects when a failure in a press is likely to occur. In doing so, we were able to come up with a solution to our client’s problem through our innovative and forward thinking approach.

These promises are at the heart of our business. If you’re interested in finding out more about working with us please get in touch as we’d love to hear from you.
